Located in Coton, this project involved the comprehensive extension and modernisation of a semi-detached family home. The brief addressed the client's requirement for a significantly larger living footprint and a more functional internal layout, achieved through a substantial two-storey side extension and a single-storey rear extension. On the ground floor, the home was expanded to include a dedicated playroom featuring roof lights to maximise natural light, a practical utility room , and an additional shower room. The first floor was redesigned to accommodate a generous master bedroom with a private en-suite and a dedicated study, providing essential space for working from home. To ensure the new additions integrated seamlessly with the existing property, the design utilised matching brickwork, render, and a traditional cat-slide dormer roof. Further site improvements included the removal of an existing studio and shed to create a modern block-paved driveway , a new bin store , and updated timber boundary fencing.
