The proposed extensions and internal alterations aim to enhance the overall space and functionality of all rooms within the property. The rear extension specifically targets an increase in storage and kitchen space, accompanied by the creation of a new open-plan dining area that integrates roof lights to improve natural light. Additionally, the two side-storey extensions contribute new space on the ground floor for a utility room and spacious shower room, while expanding the small bedroom, storage, and bathroom on the first floor.
